I beg to differ. If there's any slowdown that's due to picking the wrong jurisdiction for licensure, implementing the wrong RWA business model, or both. Chintai is fully licensed by MAS to issue and trade RWA entirely on-chain. It's first client, DNZ Climate Tech, is issuing real estate security tokens and carbon credits this month. Chintai is collaborating with the largest financial institutions in the world, with a fat pipeline of issuers lined up this year. The CEO noted this week the number of new client agreements is growing to tsunami levels, with multiple clients issuing $1B or more each.

US Treasuries will be one of the last bonds to be issued onchain.

Corporate bonds issued today are done through investment banks. These banks typically charge a combination of transaction-based fees and commitment fees for their services. These charges usually total about 3-5% of the debt raised for small private companies and 1-2% for large public companies.

Additionally , many smaller countries hire investment banks to assist in bond issuance. Fees for these services vary but are typically 0.5% to 2% of the total issuance.

This is where adoption efforts should be focused.
